3.6 Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Support
Wyle provided software engineering support to perform exploratory development work on components, devices and systems used in receiving, processing and exploitation of electromagnetic signals for the Signals Warfare Branch of NAWCWD. Wyle supported the development of Government, corporate and RDT&E applications and systems. Wyle performed project management, systems analysis, requirements specification, software design, software development, coding, and software T&E. Wyle’s network services included installation, network problem resolution, debugging, virus control, and network security.
Under contract N68936-02-D-0027, as prime contractor Wyle provided software engineering services during the development of Information Warfare (IW) systems, including Passive Surveillance Radar (PSR), BOSEN, and CLUSTER POINTER. Wyle also developed software to aid the creation of support environments to simulate threat emitters and evaluate the performance of the listed IW systems. |
