3.15 Measurement Facilities, Range, and Instrumentation Support 

      Wyle has extensive experience with a wide range of measurement facilities and ranges at NAWCAD and NAWCWD, including the Air Combat Environment Test and Evaluation Facility (ACETEF), Manned Flight Simulator, EMP facility,
E-2C System Test and Evaluation Lab (ESTEL), Navy Electromagnetic Radiation Facility (NERF), the NAWCAD Shielded Hanger and anechoic chambers (which accommodate Secure Communications, TEMPEST, P-Static, and EMI/EMC testing). In support of the Pacific Ranges & Facilities Department of NAWCWD, Wyle provides optical data processing; aircraft instrumentation data reduction; Land Range Data Center support; aircraft post-flight digitizing operations; data analysis and data products generation; system administration; facility engineering, development, maintenance, and operations; Range Control Center Telemetry Test Bay support; and Range Control Center video operations support, aircraft instrumentation and software configuration management support.
