3.18 Training Support 

      Wyle, in support of PMA-265 and AIR 3.4, has used education and experience to develop training materials for the warfighter. Wyle provided the design, developmental management, assessment, and implementation of Sharable Content Object Reference Model compliant materials developed in compliance with the Naval Personnel Development Center Integrated Learning Environment. Wyle applied systems engineering and instructional design constructs to develop training for the aviation maintenance community. Wyle has provided qualified instructors and developed curricula, lesson guides and lesson plans for numerous programs, including those at the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School.

      Under contract N000421-00-D-0126, as prime contractor, Wyle provided training requirements analysis/assessment, courseware development, delivery, and management for more traditional training (instructor led and Computer Based Training) formats, including, F/A-18E/F IETMs. Wyle evaluated the suitability of using F/A-18E/F style IETMs for the F/A-18A-D community.
