3.4 Prototyping, Pre-Production, Model-Making, and Fabrication Support

      Wyle has more than 30 years experience in developing prototype versions of a diverse range of electronic and mechanical equipment, including circuit card assemblies (CCA), electronic equipment, complex mechanical parts, and software. Wyle has developed prototype mock-ups of custom avionics enclosures for the S-3B; complex electronic circuits and mechanical parts for the space-based Telerobotic Shuttle Experiment; electronic equipment racks and strut assemblies for the NSH-60F flying test bed and mechanical aircraft parts and avionics equipment for a number of aircraft modification programs such as the P-3C AIP, P-3C SLAM-ER, S-3B Communications Upgrade, S-3B Sensor System upgrade, and several H-60 upgrades.
